TERMS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Terms governing the use of ICDA websites and LINE-related services.
By using ICDA websites, LINE Official Account, LINE call links or related digital services, you agree to these terms. If a quotation, contract or maintenance agreement differs from these terms, the written agreement between the parties prevails.
The Company provides enterprise technology planning, system integration, managed IT, cybersecurity, web design, consulting and related digital services. Website content is general information; actual scope, fees, schedule and responsibilities are governed by the applicable quotation or contract.
You must provide accurate information and protect account credentials and authentication information. Except where attributable to the Company, you are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report unauthorized use.
You may not use the services for unlawful, infringing or fraudulent activity, system disruption, unauthorized access, malware distribution, service interference, impersonation or violation of third-party rights. We may restrict or suspend access where necessary.
LINE, cloud platforms, payment, maps and other third-party services are independently operated under their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, account policies or feature changes. LINE calling may depend on device, network, installation and login status.
Unless otherwise stated, website text, design, software, trademarks, images and other content belong to the Company or lawful rights holders. They may not be reproduced, adapted, distributed, publicly transmitted or commercially used without written permission.
We work to maintain stable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, third-party service, force majeure or operational reasons, with notice where reasonably practicable.
Website and self-service tool results are preliminary and do not replace a professional assessment of the actual environment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from third-party platforms, user devices, networks, failure to follow recommendations or matters outside the agreed scope. Any applicable contract terms prevail.
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not send passwords, keys, full payment card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary messages. Read the Privacy Policy
We may revise these terms when services or laws change and will post the updated date on this page. Material changes will be highlighted by reasonable means. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The parties will first seek to resolve disputes in good faith.
